Hei Gung /Chi Kung / Qigong
“Hei Gung /Chi Kung / Qigong” (different dialects for same phrase) literally means “Breathing Skill”. This is a simplistic explanation of what is essentially a combination of specialised breathing techniques combined with movements chosen to emphasise their effect on the organs of the body, along with the important power of intention. The aim of this practise is to strengthen and tone the organs and subsequently promote physical and mental health and longevity. The pictures above only serve to show what is possible with the correct practice of Hei Gung.
